Welcome to reading Moby-Dick! Most of us have heard of it as a fearsome monolith of a literary novel, and many of us have started and not finished due to it sheer size. This comm is so we can all keep at it! This novel is varied, hilarious, slashy, and surprisingly progressive. Totally worth it.
We're reading and discussing three chapters a week for now. The moderators will create a top-level post for each chapter, so most discussion will be in there, but feel free to make your own posts to discuss themes, adaptations, fan art, whatever doesn't fit easily into the chapter format.
